Warranty on Refurbished Appliances
We provide up to six months warranty on all refurbished appliances.
How long does it take to fix my appliance?
The average appliance repair job is between half-hour to forty-five minutes. However, the actual length of time will depend on the diagnosis for the particular problem it’s displaying.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
Do you do consultations?
Our trained technicians can come to your home to test and diagnose the appliance using our knowledge and experience. You would be responsible for a call-out fee.
What’s better, an appliance repair or replacement?
We take pride in our honest and dependable service and would never pressure you to fix an appliance that is not worth the time and money. If the cost to repair the appliance is more or about the same as the cost to replace it, we would advise to replace it.
Can the manufacturer fix my appliance?
The manufacturer’s warranty may cover any repairs if you are still within your warranty period. We recommend that you contact the manufacturer for any service inquiries if your warranty or extended protection plan has not expired.
Do you offer a senior discount?
We offer seniors 10% off on repair services, appliances, and parts.
